The BAR2FIT plyometric box set consists of two 60 x 50 x 40 cm plyometric machines, also called a jump bar or crossfit box - it is a professional and practical tool that is used in a wide range of exercises and is especially appreciated by fitness and crossfit enthusiasts. The plyometric box is made of high-quality, durable 15 mm hardwood plywood. The walls of the product fold into grooves and are fastened with self-tapping screws for additional strength and reliability of the structure. On the sides, the box has two cut-out handles for ease of carrying and use. To protect the athlete from injuries, all corners of the wooden box are finished and rounded. Each side is laser-engraved to ensure a long service life. The marking is indelible and very resistant to damage, you will always know at what height your box is installed and any side can be used, based on your needs and capabilities.
